1. Who we are
Mona is operated by Mona GmbH, a company registered in Berlin, Germany. By using Mona, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What Mona is
Mona is a creative project operating system. It helps creative professionals structure projects, generate briefs, manage crew, and coordinate production. Mona is a tool, not a legal proxy. Contracts, briefs, and documents generated by Mona are drafts — you are responsible for reviewing them before use.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You may not share your account or use Mona to represent an organisation without appropriate authority.
4. Acceptable use
You may use Mona for lawful creative project management purposes. You may not use Mona to process unlawful content, harass others, attempt to access systems you are not authorised to access, or circumvent any security or access controls.
5. Your content
You own the content you create and upload in Mona. By uploading content, you grant Mona GmbH a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your projects, briefs, or moodboard images. We do not use your content to train AI models.
6. AI-generated content
Mona uses AI to generate briefs, contracts, and scheduling suggestions. These outputs are drafts that require your review and approval before use. No AI action in Mona takes effect without explicit user confirmation. Mona GmbH is not liable for errors or omissions in AI-generated content that you choose to rely on without review.
7. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
8. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Mona GmbH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice where possible.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by German law, Mona GmbH's liability is limited to direct damages caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from your use of the service.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by German law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
